I want to give this one to Mariah simply on the basis that this was during the Heartbreaker years. But in the end I'm going to have to give it to Hulk for sporting the look for more than 40 years. Like Coco Chanel and her strands of pearls it just wouldn't be the Hulk without some cutoff waistband action.WINNER: THE HULK
